Customer service is awesome! The vehicle we bought has been a nightmare, but Jeff (I believe the service manager) has done everything he can to try and get things straight for us. We're very grateful. I will say be cautious about the vehicle you buy from them. The van I bought is a POS that has so...mething new go wrong every single day it seems.. makes me wonder if they're other vehicles are the same way. Show more

Mike was very nice and comical. He made me feel very relaxed, like I was right at home. He showed me several cars, I was able to test drive and pick within a couple of hours. The customer service was awesome and they did help us buy a vehicle.. but we put down $2000 and financed a lot more just for the car to stop driving right and have the check engine light come on about an hour after we bought it.. this is the only vehicle we have to fit our whole family in and I was ...so excited about buying it. Now I'm just heartbroken and hoping they'll make it right. Thank god for a warranty. Update: After taking my van up there every week until the warranty ran out, we still have some of the same issues and now new ones. Honestly wouldn't recommend to anyone. Show more

I had a wonderful experience with drive smart. I was able to get into my car with no problems will from drive smart worked with me. I do want to say when you feel like all hope is lost, you lost your job, housing situation and finances gone wrong. Losing your car is one less thing you have to worry... about drive smart is there for you and is more than willing to help. Thanks for everything!!!!!! 09/03/2019 Thank you Drive Smart once again My altanator went out on my car they fixed it the same day in time to pick my kids up from school. What i like is they really care and take care of all your car needs. Show more

Mike at Drivesmart is Greatest Man Ever. Me and me Girlfriend came in very not sure what was gonna happen but we left overly satisfied. Left with an amazing car, and amazing payments set up. Highly recommended!!!!!!
